Refund Policy

If for any reason you have purchased the wrong product we are able to offer you a refund (excluding carriage costs) with a handling charge of 20%. We also request you to cover all further postage costs. Unfortunately this does not include Fans, Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) or any other electrical component. Please advise by email or in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

In the event of a product being faulty, please advise by email or in writing and return the part within 7 days of receipt. Electrical product (s) will be returned to the manufacturer and checked before a credit or replacement is issued.

Products not normally held in stock and ordered directly from a manufacturer unfortunately cannot be returned. We would normally advise this as and when these parts are ordered to avoid any confusion in the event the part is no longer required. Equally as there is normally a lead time of 5/7 working days for these types of orders, once they are placed they cannot be cancelled.

We aim to refund you within 7 working days of receiving your goods back to our premises. Once processed, refunds will be transferred back to the original credit or debit card.

Any products returned must be in an unused and re-saleable condition, including the undamaged product packaging.

Please understand that we cannot accept a return on an item that has been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts. If our returns department cannot accept your return, we will return the goods back to you and an additional delivery charge may be incurred. However we will inform you if this situation occurs.

Please ensure the returned item is packed securely and is accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. This will help us to process your return without any unnecessary delays.

Privacy Policy
