When will i receive my order?
Where products are in stock we normally despatch the item on the day on which you place your order or the following working day. Otherwise we show our best estimate of how many working days we expect before we can despatch the product. If for any reason we are not able to get your items despatched within the estimated time, we will email you to let you know.
Do you only sell boiler spares?
No, although most of the items we send out are domestic boiler spares we can source spares for other appliances including, water heaters, showers, unvented cylinders etc. Please phone us with your requirements.
Do you only sell the parts listed on the site?
No, there are too many appliances to list, therefore we have picked the most popular boilers, however we are able to supply many others, call or email us with your requirements. We are also constantly updating the site.

Do I need an account to buy?
No, we accept all major credit and debit cards. If you prefer to pay by cheque we will despatch the goods once payment is cleared.
Can I pay by cheque?

I have ordered the wrong part, can I return it?
We aim to refund customers within 7 working days of receiving your goods back to our premises. Once processed, refunds will be transferred back to the original credit card. Click on the refund link on the homepage.
